Quick recipe;
Heat a pan and add a pomace olive oil 3tsp, now add the whole Garamond masalas(clove, cinnamon, bay leaf, star anise, cardamom) and 2tsp of cashew and sauté well
Now add the 🧅 onions sliced and add potatoes 🥔 diced, green chilies slits and add salt and sauté well. Now add green peas and sauté well.
Now add the ginger-garlic paste and Garamond masala and sauté well. Now add soaked rice 1 cup and add the water in 2 cups and mix it well and cover with a lid and on low flame 🔥 let it cook and once it's done, serve and enjoy!
