Quick recipe:

In a bowl add

2cups of powdered biscuits I have used @ciarraappliances chopper to chop the cookies

1/4th cup of powdered sugar, cardamom powder for flavor, desiccated coconut 🥥 1/4th cup, chopped 🥜 nuts 2tsp, of any choice, clarified ghee 2tsp, and mix it well. If you feel still it not forming into dough balls add little ghee or milk and make it into a cylindrical shape

Now turn on the flame and melt white chocolate 🍫 in the double boiler method

I have used @ciarraappliances induction stove and melt the chocolate in a double boiler method now add or dip the cylindrical shape into the chocolate and remove and coat it well and place it on parchments paper and do with the same remaining biscuit balls last add /top it with some chopped nuts and enjoy.
