Ingredients:

2 cups of allpurpose flour

1/4th cup of rice flour

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup curd

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp of cumin seeds

2 inch of finely chopped ginger

3 green chillies

Curry leaves

Oil for defrying



Process:

First take a bowl and add curd and baking soda and mix it well.It starts bubbling/fermenting after 5 mints now add all purpose flour, salt,rice flour cumin seeds and mix it well by adding little water and batter consistency should not be too thick too thin.Now with your palm or in between the fingers you yave to mix it well for 4 to 5 mintues.Now leave it for 2 to 3 hours.

After 2 to 3 hours , take it out and add green chillies and curry leaves and ginger and mix it well

Now turnon gas /induction i have used @ciarraappliances induction.Its a single burner and now put a pan and add oil and let it heat .Now take the batter and make small balls and drop in the oil and fry it in medium flame.After frying both sides and remove in the plate

Now serve it with coconut chutney/peanut chutney and ginger chutney
